We Being Many – Marty Goetz and Misha LIVE at Harvest Christian Fellowship with Greg Laurie

– And we’re both, my wife Jennifer and I, are both from Jewish backgrounds, I often tell that I’m
from Cleveland, Ohio, but she was born in the Holy Land, she was born in New York City. And so.
(audience laughs) And we have one daughter,
you already met Joshua, and my wife Jennifer,
and my daughter Misha’s gonna join me. And she and I are actually
working on an album together, and we’re gonna kinda do
a remake of this song. It’s a song that talks about our unity, in the Lord, Messiah. And 25 years ago.
(audience cheers) 25 years ago, Jennifer and I
played at a marriage retreat for Harvest, and we have a
picture of it in our house, where Jennifer is holding Misha, just like Misha is holding
her son, Caleb Vincent Hoyt. And we sang at that retreat, and it’s kinda like history
repeating itself now, this is Misha, and that’s Caleb. And Caleb looks like he’s
gonna make it through the song, she didn’t make it through
the song, she started crying, she had to be removed from the premises. But this song is based on
Romans the 12th chapter, the fifth verse. After Paul talks about
the nation of Israel, and how God loves the nation of Israel, and even though my people
don’t yet believe in him as a nation, his hands are
stretched out still to her. He will never give her up. And he’s using people
like you and this church, to reach the Jewish people with
the gospel of their Messiah and your Messiah, Jesus. And in him, we are one. ♪ And we being many ♪ ♪ Are one body ♪ ♪ In Christ ♪ ♪ In Christ ♪ ♪ And everyone members, of one another ♪ ♪ Loving each other,

up in so many different ways, man and woman in different cultures, different people groups. But we in the Messiah, Jew and gentile, male and female, younger and older, we are the miracle of the universe. That we are one, we echad – together. (audience cheers)
