  1. I'm surprised it doesn't cost $52 trillion for a single operation in the US considering how the healthcare system is designed to extort every possible penny from every possible person as frequently as possible. Hospitals are not a 'market' where some competitors can drag the prices down. Insurance is not a service. Hospitals and capitalism do not mix, and insurance is just the other side of the coin for gambling. If you think it makes sense to have for-profit prisons lobbying to make more things illegal to increase profit then I guess you think it makes sense to have for-profit hospitals doing god knows what to get you to go to the hospital more often. Meanwhile, it is some type of unsolvable problem that it costs so much even to the point that the government finds it impossible to deal with? So you are saying the hospitals rule a country of poisoned sheep. Trump wasn't lying when he said the rest of the world thinks Americans are stupid. In fact, even Americans think Americans are stupid.

  2. How in the hell do Democrats wanting say Medicare for all will save middle class money. I want to know how??? How? How do you save on something that is a zero dollar expense. I haven't been to the doctors in about 4 years. Excluding the fine at tax ttime (due to not having having health insurance on Obamacare) I have a zero dollar bill for healthcare. How do I save on that. Plus, plus as a Kid when I was on Medicaid, alot of stuff wasn't even covered under Medicaid. I would see this certain doctor and I would over hear her talking how she would have to charge stuff differently on the bill for Medicaid to pay for it. So some would probably also still have to have some type of private health insurance anyway.

  3. Only $52 trillion. I guess this is Warren's way of conceding defeat. No one in his or her right mind takes a number like $52 trillion seriously. It doesn't exist. The war on drugs and the war on poverty have probably spent that amount of money over the past 55 years.

Or maybe she's trying to differentiate herself from AOK, whose medicare for all was estimated at about $100 trillion. If Warren says she only needs half of AOK's figure, she is announcing to the world that she is only about half as stupid as AOK.

Speaking of whom, AOK finally knocked the cardassians off the front page yahoo landing page. The cardassians were remarkably persistent. Interest in them, for some unknown reason, was very high and maintained that level for most of a decade. Other than that, though, it seems AOK has finally run out of impossible projects with impossible price tags to busy herself with as she completely ignores her constituency.

I've heard the cries from NY City myself, they're on the wind, all the people who voted her into office baying at the moon each night. Didn't we elect someone to champion our interests and give us opportunities to improve our collective lot in life? No kidding, they are under the impression that electing AOK was a dream, something they thought they did while they were really just asleep.

  4. In reading these comments it is truly amazing how much misinformation there is out there. Health care is not about taxes. It’s about putting money in a common fund to pay the doctors to treat us. We will all use the care and we will all pay for it. Some will pay more. As willie Sutton famously said, that’s where the money is. It’s not the end of democracy and freedom as we know it guys. It’s just paying our medical bills. Every other country does it. Why not us?

  5. Medicare for all is NOT socialized medicine; it is not state control over the healthcare system. Instead, it just means that our taxes go toward paying for health insurance so that 100% of Americans have access to any healthcare they want. Doctor visits and check ups, surgeries, hospital stays, medical exams, vision care, dental care, prescription drugs, etc. Every person in the United States would be free to access any of this at any time. It would save consumers a lot of money because there would no longer be out of pockets costs, no more premiums or co-pays, no healthcare fees, etc. The plan does require more federal revenue, yes. In the long run it saves a lot of money because if healthcare is funded by a single source, that single source will want to keep it as cheap as possible; administrative and all for-profit costs will be eliminated. Most importantly, it means no more medical bankruptcies. No financial headaches. No more being forced to stay at a job to keep insurance. No more wondering whether your expensive insurance even covers what you need. It will save everyone a lot of money, which in turn will be more efficient and boost the economy. Additionally, if employers/companies no longer provide private insurance plans, they will save money that can boost wages, expand business, etc.

If this was government controlled healthcare decisions, I would oppose it. It's not though; this plan guarantees that all Americans still get freedom in their healthcare choices. If anything, it makes us freer by allowing us more choices at no cost out of pocket. Lives will be saved, people will be healthier, and Americans will save a lot of money. By the way, the medicare for all plan is a LOT better than the systems in Canada and the UK. Plus the fact that the USA is a much richer country with a younger population on average suggests that it will be easier to fund a system like this without having the burden put on middle class taxpayers.

  6. I forgot to mention that Senator Bernie Sanders (not just Senator
Warren) also has the courage to stand up to the HMOs, insurance industry
giants, etc. However, Senator Warren imposes more of the burden on the
billionaires and her higher property tax rate on millionaires and
billionaires (which can be raised later to tax more of the millionaires'
or billionaires' wealth if they try to sabotage the reforms to increase
healthcare costs without affecting the real economy) is much more
favorable to most Americans: the poorer 95% of Americans.

  10. If people are not going to wake up most of these liberals will be struggling to stay alive, struggle to have a roof over their heads, and NEVER have medical coverage not even for minor issues. Very sad that these irresponsible bums think like numb heads their brains don't function like the dead.

  11. I’m in the health care industry. We see MANY patients who fly from Canada for procedures in the US because they can’t wait on CRITICAL procedure waiting lists at home. Socialized medicine doesn’t work!!!

  12. 52 trillion eh?
    No worries.
We will have a bake sale….or legalize drugs…or maybe increase taxes.
Yeah, taxes, that should cover it.
    America: go fu** yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  13. Warren wants to turn USA into a Scandinavian hellscape of free healthcare, clean environment and livable wages. No ty

  14. That black guy literally said Trump voters will eventually lose jobs because they earn more and have less taxes taken from their check….wow

  15. Warren’s healthcare plan will be a disaster. Imagine going to a place like the DMV or Social Security Office for your healthcare needs. And, make no mistake, what is left of the middle class will have to pay for it all.

  16. Raising my taxes is not going to benefit me in any way. That doesn't even make sense. I shouldn't have to pay for anyone but my family.

  17. I hate that my generation is so stupid….I mean I get it, college debt sucks, it's hard to get a start in the world with loans and bills bearing down on you, it makes a young adult desperate for some way to alleviate the pressure. Sadly the Democrats are preying on this desperation, and made a generation of morons.

  18. Who in their right mind would vote for somebody that is talking to you and saying they're going to make you pay them more money? For all of you Democrats or liberals out just think for a minute especially if you're old enough and really look back to see if there was a point in time where the government increased your taxes and you saw benefits from it and we're more than happy to pay benefits from it and were more than happy to pay it. It's been my experience I do not get a warm fuzzy feeling, I don't feel like a giant community, I pay city tax, county tax, state tax, federal tax, income tax, Social Security tax, Medicare tax, sales tax and property tax and I say enough is enough.

  19. "Pokey Haunt Us" needs a straight jacket and 2 assistants dressed in white to help her find her proper reservation in a mental health clinic ! ! 😵😵💩🔚

  20. Lol Warren has her video on YouTube about her Medicare for all plan. Comments are disabled. I wonder why. How are companies going to pay the tax? Oh they'll pass it down to the consumer

  21. These people are truly insane. There are enough sane middle-class Americans to re-elect Trump, thankfully. Warren made a YT video on her plan but Comments Are Disabled. So Leftist of her. They want no input, no disagreement. You vill do as I say and you vill like it!

  22. She’s insane, it’s official. 48% increase in federal taxes and fees. That will be right on the back of middle class families whether you are Dem. or Rep. So much for ever retiring or sending your children to college. Oh wait! College will be free too. 🙄

  23. Warren's Medicare for ALL plan has too many unrelated moving parts to make it viable. Another planless plan from fake Pocahontas, eager to say what's politically fashionable to gain voters for her corporate owners.

  24. Media about govt spending:
    When Warren offers a project:
    "Government funded"
When Trump makes a project: "Funded with taxpayer blood!"

  25. She’s incredibly stupid. $52 trillion???? I honestly don’t believe she has any clue as to how much money that is.
To break it down, there are approximately 330 million people living in America. That’s the equivalent of every baby, kid, teenager, young adult, middle aged adult, and senior citizen chipping in $158,054.71

  26. Terrible 💡 and you will never get my vote !And u won’t take my guns !doubt you will get in office you lefties are irrational glad that chump Obama’s out to fu$&!k your communist party

  27. Warren says she will increase taxes on the rich and business. Guess what the rich and businesses will do….increase their prices and freeze wages…so the middle class will pay for her silly plan….

  28. The current system is projected to cost 52 trillion not MFA. Nothing like lying to your viewers to scare them into voting against their best interests.

  29. 52 trillion dollars Medicare for all will somehow balloon to over 100 trillion, that's just a guess based on how well Uncle Scam has handled money in the past, say goodbye to everything you currently have

  30. Millennials born in 81?! They are trying to erase generation x. GENERATION X IS HERE, YOU WONT ERASE US FROM HISTORY

  31. "average Americans don't care about the deficits or how much it would cost" Yeah right, well Americans like me know that how much it costs is the entire matter because the government doesn't make any money and it will be us that pays for Medicare for all not to mention the inflation it would create.

  32. As a Canadian you don't want to pay for this unless you want you income tax at 37%. When she says she won't raise taxes she is lying. Your gonna loose half your pay check just like us good old canadians. Then you can wait 10 months for a MRI.

  33. In 2016 I was all Hillary. Now looking at the Democratic Party it’s a total joke and seeing what trump has done I’m going all in. TRUMP 2020

  34. They want universal healthcare. So do I. Free market healthcare makes it become UNIVERSAL. Please, free market competitive healthcare.
    Sounds like heaven

  35. Senator Warren is correct that middle-class should not be burndened on on this ! She is also correct that the greedy capitalist should foot the bill …. people let the 1% super rich pay for it ! These greedy capitalists controlled politicians, media and the mass to cause so much divide ! The role of the government is to protect citizenry….. in current times and maybe since time immimorial , why is it that government is protecting the few greedy elite and oligarchs for their purpose to dictate what should be.

Democrat and Republican electorate…..we are all being manuvered . Make your choices correctly. Health is a government role to protect the people period!

  36. what a bold strategy to collapse the economy!!!… get these dumb baby booming politicians out of office and into a psych ward!

  37. All that waving in the beginning clip along with all the hugging and dancing supporters makes for a truly cringy video
