Systematize, Automate and Outsource Everything In Your Real Estate Investing Business – Video 1


Hey, it’s Joe Crump. On this video I’m going to show you how
to automate, outsource and systematize everything in your real estate investing business. Let’s get going! Did you know that 80% of all new businesses
fail while 80% of all new franchises succeed? And the reason that they succeed is because
they’ve got business systems. A business system is vital if you want to
be able to extract yourself from the tasks of the everyday business. What I’m going to show you today, and in
this upcoming series, is how you can automate your real estate investing business so that
you can systematize, outsource and automate every function of your business and extract
yourself from the business so that you put in just a very tiny percentage of the amount
of work that actually has to be done. The Automarketer is actually a good business
system that I can use as an example for how to create a system. Once I show you how the Automarketer is structured
it’ll help you understand how my business is structured and how I use systemization
throughout my business and automate that systemization with the Automarketer. And that’s why I’m going to use the Automarketer
as the main tool to teach you how to create systems in your business. Over the next twenty or twenty-five videos
or so, I’m going to get into the weeds and sort of geek out on the process of how to
make systems in your business. And I think it’s going to be valuable to
you because it’ll save you an enormous amount of time and money in the process. So many times we get bogged down as real estate
investors. We’ll go out there and we’ll finally find
a deal and we’ll put a deal together and then we’ll go out there and we’ll spend
a bunch of time and we’ll find a buyer for that property and we’ll finally get it sold
and we’ll make some money and – Boom! We’re back to square one again. What I want to show you how to do is to systematize
the process so that you have a constant stream of consistent, reliable income coming in,
business coming in all the time. And this type of system will show you how
to do it. In the upcoming series I’m going to show
you how to scrape motivated seller leads for 8¢ a lead. I’m going to show you how to do drip marketing
to your leads with text or voice messages for 2.5¢ per text or voice blast. I’m going to show you how each member of
your team can receive their own leads the minute they come in and keep them moving forward
with the business. I’m going to show you how to market in as
many cities as you want to, as many states, as many Zip Codes, as big and broad as you
want to expand your business. I’m going to show you how to get the phone
numbers that you need in the areas that you want to work so that you can work remotely. Say you want to work in Indiana. I’m going to show you how to get a 317 Area
Code. And if you’re in Indiana, and you also want
to work in Los Angeles, I’ll show you how to get a 213 Area Code and use it within the
system so that when you call out and do your marketing through that system it’ll show
that your phone number is in that area. And nobody questions whether or not you’re
local. I’m going to show you how to send out recorded
voice blasts directly to the voice mail. I’m going to show you how to manage all
your leads in a full functioning CRM and how to make them easy to work with. I’m going to show you how to use the Lead
Questionnaire that allows you to have multiple properties for each lead and it gives you
a questionnaire that makes it easy for you to ask all the right questions that you need,
or have your assistant do it for you, and then hit a button and send you a .pdf file
with all the information in it. I’m going to show you how the Power Dialer
works and how it can increase your calling speed by 400% to 500%. You can get through a lot more people, or
the people that you hire to do that work for you, can get through a lot more people using
a Power Dialer. It’s not a predictive dialer, it’s a Power
Dialer, something much stronger and much easier to control. I’m going to show you how to use broadcast
messages that let you contact your entire list by text, email or voice blast. This way is a great way to build a buyers
list and be able to contact them when you have new properties to sell. I’m going to show you how to send out snail
mail through the system with the click of a button. No more licking stamps, no more working with
mailing lists. All you have to do is click a button and it’ll
send out different cards, post cards, large ones, small ones, letters, self-mailers – it’ll
do all that work for you and make it work a lot easier than the other systems that are
out there today. I’m going to show you how to create text,
email and voice blast campaigns that can go out in a sequence over time to a lead to develop
that lead, to educate that lead, to build trust with that lead and then ultimately to
convert that lead. I’m going to show you how to create a systemized
task list that automatically notifies your team about the functions of each job that
they have. So, let’s say you get a new lease option
memo signed. You can add the lease option memo task to
that particular lead. And in that task, it would send out a note
to your boots on the ground and tell them that they have to do this. It’ll send out a note to your admin person
and say you have to do this. It’ll send out a note to your buyer finder
and say you need to get this taken care of. It’ll do that in the time and the sequence
that you tell it to do. I’m going to show you how you can create
short customized email domains that will track the number of clicks that you get. It’s similar to Bitly except it has more
features. I’m going to show you how to manage your
telemarketers, how to record and keep track of how many calls they make and how long they
are on the phone so that they can never be dishonest with you about the amount of work
that they’ve put in. I’m going to show you how you can have clone
sites that will build your credibility and make it appear that you have a full and functioning
business. It used to be you needed to have a brick and
mortar store. Today, you need a good solid website that
sells what you do. I’m going to show you how to use a website
to get Subject To sellers to give you their deed and sell you their house without you
even having to talk to them, using this systematized process, marketing process, that I’ve created
in the Automarketer. I’ll show you how to use the Rent to Buy
buyers site to convert and educate all your lease-to-own buyers and get them to fill out
a form and be put on a drip campaign that educates them more about the process. And once you get them on your list be able
to broadcast to that list over and over again whenever you have new properties for sale. I’ll show you how to add as many team members
as you need to in order to build your business and build your system without paying a dime
more for extra people in your system. I’ll show you how to import any type of
lead into your system, whether it’s expired listings, or absentee owners. Any type of lead that you can get into a CSV
file you can upload into the system and you can market to from day one. You’re going to learn how to create a fully
automated, systematized, outsourced business that allows you to extract yourself from the
business so that it can do all the functions of the business without your input. The only thing you’ll have to do is sit
back and make sure that it’s continuous to work and tweak it and create the strategy
