Stop Forsaking the Fellowship

Stop Forsaking the Fellowship

There isn’t one organized church today that
has forgotten about Hebrews 10:25. They religiously will all come together on that certain day
to have “fellowship”, but most of all these same churches forget about righteousness
and holiness. They forget about purity, and they forget about obedience. Because they
have forgotten about these things they have given up the true fellowship, and every single
time they gather together they are forsaking the true assembly. Make sure you are really
obedient to Jesus and NOT like the wicked churches that weekly give up the fellowship.
May the grace of Jesus be with you and not the curse that is coming upon the wicked.

  2. https://youtu.be/eIK-ViwlYoA

  6. People need to remember: Jesus Christ is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in flesh! And as the scripture says: God does not change!
God put on the flesh to pay for our sins but we got to stop sinning!
    John 8:11
"Jesus said, "I do not condemn you, either. Go. From now on sin no more."

  7. "The Fellowship" was a good movie, but I still think that "The Two Towers" and "Return of the King" was better. As for the Hobbit trilogy… meh.

  8. We're not even interpreting the passage correctly. It is not speaking of church attendance. If you read verse 23, it speaks of that blessed hope or faith. and if you consider vs. 37, we see the return of Jesus addressed. The Greek word for "assembling of ourselves," is the same Greek word used in 2 These. 2:1-2 when referring to us being "gathered to him," at His coming. So Hebrews 10:24-25 is telling us to not abandon that hope of being assembled or gathered to Him on that Day. Hebrews is written to Jewish believers who, in this passage, or rejecting Jesus' sacrifice on the cross and relying on the Jewish rituals for spiritual cleansing from sin. So church attendance is not even addressed here. For those of who who are believers, born from above, Jesus gave us some good news. He said in John 5:24, "Verily, verily, I say to you, He who is hearing my word, and is believing Him who sent Me, hath life everlasting, and will not be judged and has already passed from death to life." I love how Jesus uses past tense. He says, we "will not be judged," and that we have "already passed from death to life." This is indeed good news and remarkable! Doesn't Jesus know that we will sin in word or thought till we take our last breath? Of course. But His sacrifice is powerful enough to cover our sins, past, present and future.

However, we still have the obligation to live up to the holiness of that gift.
