REAL ESTATE NEWS FROM THE TITLE COMPANY YOU TRUST – BROKERS, iBUYERS, HACKERS AND MORE

Hi, everyone. It’s Marvin Stone here for
Stewart on Real Estate. Lots happening recently with the players, including
brokers, iBuyers, hackers and more. So let’s get started. Keller Williams
becomes an iBuyer but one with over 150,000 agents. OpenDoor now refers some sellers to agents when properties fall outside the
requirements. Redfin adds mortgage in three more states, increasing their
end-to-end offering footprint; and the National Association of Realtors
announces their 2019 REACH startups with seven truly innovative companies. And a
$150 million-dollar California mansion listing gets hacked
as bad guys work to put pressure on the sky-high asking price. Sellers don’t get transactions either when it comes to understanding all of their selling
options, according to a recent survey by sold.com. And finally RealTrends
provides insight on LoneWolf buying zipLogix, which could be a very
strategic move. For the details on these stories and a lot more, check out my post
on the Stewart blog at the link below. Thanks for tuning in, thanks for using
Stewart. I’m Marvin Stone and I’ll see you next time.
