According to US Weekly, Queen Elizabeth II has taken Kate under her wing and is already preparing her for the high profile role. A source told US Weekly: “The two of them will often spend hours discussing royal life and the future of the monarchy.” There has been some rigorous instruction, too. “The Queen will give intense one on one training [to Kate] about taking on the crown,” the insider added. Another royal insider suggested Kate is well prepared to take her next royal step: “It”s taken a long time for Kate to get to where she is today, but she”s ready,” they told US.
