How To Increase Sales In Your Business Using Surveys


Just by doing that they’re your target
markets gonna tell you the answer you don’t have to be the genius inside of a
white blank room coming up with it all yourself have your target market right
your branding for you and you just repeat back to them what they want and
magically they buy in the beginning especially your businesses you people
sign up because of you they invest because of you and I can’t tell you how
many people’s collateral that I look at whether it’s social profiles or websites
that have nothing to do with them so just I want to make that known because
it gets left out of so many businesses that that be so from there you have a
target audience and they have the very specific things that they want things
they’re trying to avoid things that they’re afraid of things that are
keeping them from getting what they want and there are ways of finding out in
their own words how they would explain that because essentially there’s there’s
three there’s three rules here find out what they want go out and get it and
give it to many people just try and give it to them and they
missed the first two and they wonder why nobody wants what they’re trying to give
so in I use social media as a research tool as I’m sure probably I’m sure you
do it’ll read read comments you just read comments and see what your target
so find groups and YouTube channels and Instagram feeds and and what are people
asking about that specific content that is also related to your content or what
it rate it related to your product or service and how are they talking about
it what words are they using to say man if only I could this like for example
the personal and impersonal injury attorney is not going to go if you
surveyed them and said hey what are your biggest goals with your firm right now
they’re not going to go man a file if only I had geofencing like that
to you if you surveyed a thousand personal injury attorneys not one of
them is going to use the words geofencing but they will use certain
words to describe the end desire that geofencing helps facilitate them in
getting so you want to think in terms of where do your where does your target
market hang out and you might have to go and actually show up in person at a few
attorneys offices to actually kind of do that type of a survey if they’re not
hanging out online most of the time there are certain blogs or forums that
every group hangs out somewhere you got to find out where they hang out and then
basically ask four main questions and write these down what when it comes to
result that I’m trying to create for you whether it’s my product or service so
for me I help people grow their businesses so I ask when it comes to
growing your business what are your biggest goals when it comes to growing
your business what are your biggest challenges what are your biggest
roadblocks and what are your biggest fears and what I’ve done and the reason
that I’d like to think that I’m at least relatively qualified to be up here is
because all I’ve done is taking that information and aggregated it not only
from my surveys but also in things that I see all throughout the internet
regarding business growth in certain strategies and and I compile them and I
basically rank them in order of how often they appear and I don’t change the
language I literally have a spreadsheet that ranks all of the moving towards
things what do they want what are their goals and all the moving away things and
another column what are they trying to avoid what are their fears and literally
have them ranked from most frequent to least frequent so that I can lead with
those in my marketing and on my website and then what I say so that people are
then attracted to because it’s I’m literally just repeating back to them
what they’ve said publicly they wanted and what they’re trying to avoid so just
use the internet use that internet use the thing
on the used social channels to your advantage if you have a client if you
already have a customer base how many of you already have a customer base to some
degree okay cool and there are how many of you have those
on an email list suite so those of you that have that on an email list it’s
really easy you send an email saying hey we want to serve you even better and
whatever it is that you’re offering you put a little survey Google Forms ask
those four questions when it comes to whatever growing your social presence
improving your personal brand what are your biggest goals what are your biggest
challenges pretty biggest roadblocks Woodie biggest fears that’s where you
start is with people that are already there and you say I’m trying to improve
on my product or service and then you go out there and you can actually get a
plenty of interest just by asking in other groups and comments and forums and
blogs just go engage with them and see what they say and just by doing that
they’re your target markets gonna tell you the answer you don’t have to be the
genius inside of a white blank room coming up with it all yourself
have your target market right your branding for you and you just repeat
back to them what they want and magically they buy
