  2. I so agree with you and especially the stage nber 5 on Delivery Quality. So often companies put all strenghts & best consultants on previous stages and minimize – unvolontarly or not – delivery outcomes. This, because of lack of focus or resources to secure this period – which is sometime very long which doesnot help, it's true.
