What’s good, I’m Boogy Maboi for the weekly
drop. Your plug to all the hottest sneaker drops in Mzansi. Nike kicked off the festive season with the
release of two Air Max silhouettes with a twist Adding to an array of Black Friday drops,
Nike drops the Air Max Plus and Air Max 95 ‘Big Logo’. The Air Max Plus puts all emphasis on the
iconic TN logo, coming stamped across the upper in the classic orange and white, complimented
by a red Nike swoosh. The Plus is completed with the classic Tuned
Air Unit midsole. The Air Max 95 also gets the bold branding
treatment. Highlighted with an oversized ‘airmax’
logo on the side panels. Dressed in the classic Air Max Volt colourway,
the construction features a grey-based upper atop a white midsole and fresh translucent
outsole. Both the Air Max 95 and Air Max Plus TN are
available NOW at Shelflife and selected Nike retailers Staying with Nike, the More Uptempo dropped
on Monday the twenty-seventh of November. This silhouette comes covered in Obsidian
all throughout the nubuck upper. The sneaker features contrasting White placed
on the signature “AIR” branding as well as on the Swoosh logos on the midsole and
rubber outsole. The “AIR” lettering draws inspiration
from oversized objects from ninety’s graffiti and pop art. You can cop the Nike Air More Uptempo Obsidian
at Jack Lemkus, X-Trend and Cop Capital. Adidas Consortium and Aberdeen-based retailer,
Hanon team-up on the eighty’s New York runner. Featuring the classic ZX styling and mesh
grill, which wraps the midsole. The sneaker hosts collaborative branding details
throughout the side stripes and a leather tongue to finish the look. The Adidas Consortium x Hanon ‘New York’
will drop on the ninth of December and will be a Shelflife exclusive. The Adidas Parallel Dimension returns this
month with the Crazy 1 ADV and Crazy 8 ADV. The return to Science Fiction marks difference
in construction and design, yet still true to the original design three-stripes icons. Each shoe features concealed graphics and
labels within its design containing notes that mirror the fictional mission that have
inspired the shoes’ creation. Both the Crazy 1 and Crazy 8 ADV will drop
on Thursday the seventh of December. Keep your eyes on social media for release
details. Vans and local collective BOYZNBUCKS have
collaborated to bring a limited edition version of the ‘Old School’. This Mzansi exclusive features ‘BOYZNBUCKS’
co-branding on the heal and laces. Dropping in the Vans classic Old School white
and black, this drop is available in limited numbers. To stand a chance to get your hands on this
collab, ‘BOYZNBUCKS’ will be hosting an exclusive pop-up store in Braamfontein on
